Seneca Rocks, West Virginia (Independence Day Weekend) Timi, John and Katrin Weather was beautiful for this trip. Not too hot. Not too cold. It rained on Sunday morning at around 1-3am. Wasn't bad though. Friday: We climbed at route called 'Cons West' (rated 5.4). Saturday: Timi lead 'Le Gourmet' (rated 5.5), Katrin cleaned and I brought up the rear. We went off the regular route and had a slightly different finish. It was late enough when we finished that we couldn't really do another route and instead threw a top rope off the slabs on the southern approach. Sunday: Hiked to the top of the north peak and threw a top rope off a nice natural anchor.
